Pechanga’s 11th Annual MicroBrew Craft Beer & Chili Cook-Off Festival

TEMECULA, CA – From Pechanga Resort Casino:Hundreds of beers, gourmet chili, entertainment and a huge silent auction were all on tap at the 11th Annual Pechanga Microbrew Fest & Chili Cookoff. 

Beer enthusiasts were able to taste unlimited samples of craft and small production brews from San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles and Orange counties, as well as selections from Northern California, the Midwest and even the east coast. Ticket holders also enjoyed limitless bites of eight varieties of homemade chili, fired up by the award-winning chefs at Pechanga Resort & Casino, as well as live music and an extensive silent auction with valuable items on which to bid. 

Pechanga chefs go head-to-head each year to determine the AAA Four Diamond property’s best chili maker. This year, resort chefs will try to unseat Chef Hunter Gonzalez of the Pechanga Banquets & Catering department. Gonzalez and his team won the popular vote for the best bean mélange with his Pork Four Ways chili.
