The 27-year-old Russian Artem Levin avenged his GLORY 10 upset loss to hometown favorite Joe Schilling in the finals of the tournament, held at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., defeating Schilling via unanimous decision. Levin said before the tournament that he wasn’t looking for revenge, but he helped erase the memory of Schilling shocking the kickboxing world when he beat Levin in the finals of the promotion’s one-night middleweight tournament in Sept. 2013. As a result, not only did Levin become the new GLORY middleweight champion, he also walked away with the $200,000 grand prize.
